Text Box: Management Team Mbrace is led by an experienced management team with practical management consulting experience in the field of Oracle HRMS. All members of the Mbrace management team have at some stage in their careers been involved in every aspect related to implementing Oracle HRMS. It is this hands on approach which has led to an understanding of the challenges facing clients today. This ability has only been acquired through the contrasting nature and size and number of the projects that the Mbrace management team have been part of. They know how to make the software work, either alone, in combination with other offerings from the E-Business Suite such as Financials, or with software applications from other vendors. Not only do we work well together as a team, but we can also combine well with other client teams. Our experience is not only restricted to the private sector as we also have contributed to many large-scale Public sector projects.
